Terms of Service for RVDiA Discord Bot

Welcome to RVDiA (Revolutionary Virtual Discord Assistant)! Thank you for using my free-to-use and open-source Discord bot. Before using RVDiA, please carefully read and agree to the following Terms of Service (TOS).

By using RVDiA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the bot.

Usage and Ownership:

RVDiA is an open-source Discord bot, and its source code is available publicly on GitHub. You are free to use, modify, and distribute the bot according to the terms of the open-source GNU AGPL version 3 license.

Prohibited Activities:

You agree not to use RVDiA for any unlawful, abusive, harassing, threatening, or harmful purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Violating Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Impersonating other users, individuals, or entities.
• Spamming, advertising, or promoting illegal or inappropriate content.
• Attempting to compromise the security or stability of the bot or its hosting environment.

Support and Maintenance:

RVDiA is provided on an 'as-is' basis without any warranties or guarantees of support or maintenance. The developers may update or modify the bot at their discretion, but they are not obligated to do so. They are not liable for any loss of data or functionality resulting from updates or maintenance.

Liability:

The developers of RVDiA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use the bot, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.

Indemnification:

By using RVDiA, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use or misuse of the bot, violation of the TOS, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Privacy:

RVDiA does not collect or store any personal information. However, it is your responsibility to review and comply with Discord's Privacy Policy when using the bot in conjunction with Discord.

Changes to the Terms of Service:

The developer may update these Terms of Service from time to time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised TOS. It is your responsibility to review the TOS periodically, and continued use of RVDiA after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination:

The developer reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to RVDiA at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Service.

Governing Law:

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
